Mall Gift Cards – Available for sale in the Mall Management Office, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, or at the Customer Service Center during the holiday season.
Walking Program – To support our customer’s wellbeing and health, Kandi Mall has developed a Walking Program to encourage people to exercise in a comfortable, controlled-climate environment. Walkers are welcome to walk the mall daily before the mall opens for business. Mall doors are open by 7:00 am on weekdays. One lap around all corridors of Kandi Mall is 7/10 mile.
ATM/Cash Machine – located near the Food Court.
Strollers – Infant/Child strollers are conveniently located at the mall entrances.
Lost & Found – Items lost or found in the mall are handled by the Security Office on the NE end of the mall. Items can be claimed Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm, or call Kandi Mall Security at 320.235.8472.
Wheelchair Loans – Available free of charge, first come first serve basis in the Security Office.
